1. Introduction
As part of Introduction meeting, we’ll first meet with you , get acquainted and understand your  needs and expectations. We’ll then provide you with tailored advice regarding rental options and rental value.

2. Listing
We’ll ensure your property is beautifully presented using professional photos taken by our photographer. The property will be listed within our network of tenants and real estate agents. We’ll also professionally advertise the property through various social media channels.

3. Viewing
We do initial screening of interest tenant then we do arrange viewings after consultation with you . During viewing ,Owner and tenant get opportunity to know each other and understand need

4. Document screening and selection

We ask interested tenant to send us a rental proposal and include some documents (including copy of passport, employment contract, pay slip). We do extensive background check and  then we will present you with the candidates and advise you on the best choice(s).

5. Rental contract &Payment

If the you and tenant accepts the proposal, We will draw up the renal agreement in accordance with the wishes and deadlines as we have previously agreed with you. We first submit these in draft form to you and then to the tenant. If both parties agree, then it can be signed.

Once rental contract signed by both parties then we will request to pay deposit and the first rent ,then we will schedule key handover .

6. Key handover

We’ll do key handover together. We will guide you through the entire check in process to avoid any disputes later in case of damage. During key handover ,we’ll take pictures of the current state of the house , meter readings and share with you and owner extensive report of completion

7.Support

We will be always available for any questions and advice during your entire rental period.

8. Check out 
After the rental period, a check-out takes place. We can guide you during the check-out period and offer our assistance to rent out your property again without any worries.

 

Do you want to mange your property through Rental Period ?

In addition to our service as a rental agent , you can possibly also engage us for the management Of your rented house. You then pay a percentage of the rent in management fees and you are completely relieved.

All communication with tenant goes through us and we arrange maintenance, disturbances, rent indexations, rent bills, arrears, key management, etc. More information on management can be found on Property management section.
