We had a really great experience with A3R Housing. From the beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process.
They listened to what we were looking for and did their best to meet all of our needs. Moving to a new country and finding a place to live can be stressful, but A3R Housing made the process much easier for us. They were always helpful, responsive, and willing to answer our questions and help whenever we needed it.
We are very happy with the service we received and with our new home. We truly felt that they cared about finding the right solution for us, rather than just treating us like another client.
We would definitely recommend A3R Housing to anyone looking for a home in the Netherlands. Thank you so much for all your help and support!

The agent took care of even the smallest details; they help you find an apartment very quickly and guide you through every step of the process. They show you everything, explain things clearly, and are always available by phone. I never experienced any problems or misunderstandings—I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it!

I worked with this agency as a landlord, and everything was delivered as agreed. The communication throughout the rental process was smooth, and even after the property was rented out, they continued to handle communication with the tenants and took ownership of their responsibilities. I’m happy with the service so far and hope the same level of professionalism continues in the future.

We had a great experience with A3R Housing Agency, especially with Anjali. As first-time landlords, we had many questions, and she was always patient, cooperative, and helpful. She found good tenants for our property within a short period and gave us enough time to make decisions without any pressure. Her professionalism and support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend A3R Housing Agency to anyone looking for reliable rental services. Thank you, Anjali! 😊

The agency itself 5 stars ,everything from day 1 till we get the house excellent. Good communication, always available for us . The down part was the house itself, extremely dirty, beyond imagination. Even if we are aware that agency has absolutely nothing to do with the mess ,we hope that in the future for other tenants, the owners will leave the property clean and in decent condition. Top agency .

We recently worked with A3R Housing team to rent out our house, and overall it was a good experience. There were some small hiccups in finalizing the contract since I preferred using my own agent, but the team — especially Anjali — handled everything professionally and cooperatively. She stayed in continuous contact, responded quickly, and provided genuine support throughout the process.
Happy to recommend them both to people looking for a house to rent and to homeowners who want to rent out their property.
