At A3R Housing ,Our renting process is as follows

1. Introduction
When you reach to A3R Housing for finding rental property, then we’ll first have a our intake meeting with you to understand your housing needs. After our intake meeting , we will have clear idea on your Ideal rental property.

2. Search
Once we’ve identified your housing needs, we’ll initiate a search within our internal network of real estate agencies. We’ll update you on available rental properties that meet your requirements. Once Idea rental property is identified ,we’ll arrange online and in-person viewing.

3.Drafting rental contract
Once suitable property after viewing(s) is identified, we will review documents on behalf of you and Owner. Once documents reviews is done successfully and approved by owner ,then we’ll draft rental contract and share with you. Once you and Owner sign rental contract ,then will request you to pay and will share schedule for key handover

4.Key Handover
We’ll do check in together. We will guide you through the entire check in process to avoid any disputes later in case of damage. During key handover ,we’ll take pictures of the current state of the house , meter readings and share with you and owner extensive report of completion

5. Support
We will be always available for any questions and advice during your entire rental period.
